How do I know which dropper post size fits my mountain bike?

Do your dropper posts include the remote lever and cable?
Most of our dropper posts are sold as standalone units to allow for customization. However, we offer discounted 'Bundle and Save' options that include our premium CNC-machined remote levers and high-quality cable kits.
What is your return policy if the post doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you find the travel length or diameter is incorrect for your frame, you can exchange it for the correct size, provided the post has not been installed or scratched.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping options for riders who need to get back on the trails quickly. All orders are processed within 24 hours.
What kind of maintenance do these dropper posts require?
To ensure longevity, we recommend wiping the stanchion clean after every ride and performing a basic seal service every 50-100 hours of riding time. Our posts use reliable sealed cartridges that are easily replaceable if performance degrades.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all MTB Dropper Posts and Remotes come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage from crashes.
